Help Register People to Vote at Cook County Jail

Our friends at Chicago Votes have been working hard registering people to vote at Cook County Jail! Because more than 90% of all people in CCJ are there pretrial, they are all eligible to vote! Now, Chicago Votes needs your help collecting ballots: Election Day in the jail will be March 10 and March 17 from 9am – 5:30pm, and they need volunteers to serve as Election Judges!

Volunteers will be setting up private election booths, “poll watching”, assisting voters, and collecting ballots. To volunteer, you must attend an Election Judge training at 69 W Washington on either Saturday, March 3 or Sunday, March 4 from 10am-12pm. Sign up to help using this form.
