CCBF Participates in the #FreeBresha Rally
Today we joined Love & Protect, For the People Artists Collective, Lifted Voices, Moms United Against Violence and Incarceration, Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women’s Network, Liberation Library, & Chicago Books to Women in Prison to stand in solidarity with Bresha Meadows. Over 150 people braved cold rain together to call for Bresha’s freedom.
Tyler, the third person CCBF ever posted bond for, spoke on behalf of the CCBF about the harms of pretrial detention at today’s rally.
